Andrea Petkovic has reached the second round of the WTA tournament in Cincinnati. In a hard fought three hour match Andrea defeated Jarmila Gajdosova (AUS | WTA 30) 5-7, 7-6 (5), 6-2.
Andrea will face Sofia Arvidsson (SWE | WTA 58) in the second round. The Swede won the only encounter between the two players so far 2008 in Odense -> Head to head
