Andrea Petkovic has missed to reach the round of sixteen at the WTA-Premier-Tournament in Eastbourne. The 23-year-old German lost 5-7; 7-5; 3-6 to Venus Williams (USA | WTA 32), who started a comeback at the AEGON International after a long injury, in the first round.
